Congratulations goes to Travis "Chaos" who took home the gold medal in the teen 105 pound division. Teen heavyweight competitor Zach "Exclusive" Lowe earned second place by winning two tough bouts to make it to the finals, where he lost a back and forth bout, losing by only two points. Mathias "Venom" stepped up and fought in the adult Begginer division at 169 pounds and took fourth place in a hotly contested division. All of the athletes that competed have only been training BJJ for 4 months and all showed heart, determination and most importantly good sportsmanship, win or lose. Special note goes to teen female sponsored athletes Megan Messana and Angel Lowe. Both ladies had to fight against teen boys and both girls stepped up without hesitation and lost tough matches to the eventual division finalists.
